About the Role

We are looking for RBTs who want steady hours, real support, and a team that values their work. If you’re ready to grow in your ABA career and enjoy helping kids build new skills, this is the right place for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies (we train you)
  • Follow treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
  • Track session data on an easy-to-use system
  • Communicate with your BCBA so sessions run smoothly
  • Support kids in home, clinic, or community settings (depending on your schedule)

What You Bring

  • RBT certification (or willingness to become certified; we can help!)
  • Experience working with kids
  • Reliability (this one’s important! Our families depend on you showing up!)
  • Clear communication and willingness to learn

About the Role

You’re a BCBA who’s tired of being micromanaged, buried in pointless meetings, and constantly putting out fires because systems are broken.
 
If you want: autonomy, influence over decisions, and actually being heard (not token “BCBA feedback requested,” then ignored)… then this role may be worth your time.
 
We just opened a new clinic. Translation: nothing is “set in stone” – and that’s the opportunity. You get to build, not just follow someone else’s outdated system.
 
You won’t inherit a caseload dumpster fire. You won’t be expected to fix someone else’s mess. You’ll shape how things are done from the beginning.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead clinical direction and decision-making
  • Build systems that prevent chaos instead of reacting to it
  • Coach and grow a team (instead of babysitting one)
  • Collaborate with leadership to make decisions that matter
  • Use your judgment without red tape

Yes, you’ll do the BCBA basics (programming, training, data review), but the point of this role is influence, not task repetition.
